I’ve walked the same path—wearing all the hats, juggling endless tasks, and realising that success doesn’t come from doing everything alone. That’s why I’m passionate about supporting other small business owners: because I understand the challenges and the dreams that drive you.
The idea for Level-Up was planted during a conversation with a client who jokingly said, “You just need to duplicate yourself so you can help more people.” That simple comment sparked something in me. I knew the only way to truly support more small business owners was to bring together a team of like-minded professionals—people who, like me, are small business owners themselves.
Today, Level-Up is a small but dedicated team, working collaboratively to provide a personalised and complete administrative service. Each professional in our team runs their own business, which means we understand the realities of entrepreneurship and the value of having the right support. Together, we make it possible for small business owners to let go of the overwhelm, focus on their strengths, and scale with confidence.

Having walked the path of a small business owner herself, she knows the challenges of wearing all the hats—and has built Level-Up to provide the support she once needed.
